(More customer reviews)Had to return the initial laptop because of dead pixel(s). RMA was fast, painless and free. Unfortunately, the replacement also had the same problem- but not as obvious- so we kept it. After removing all the trial junk that comes with a new laptop, am very happy with the purchase and price. Screen is huge, widescreen and bright. Would def buy again- but watch out for those dead pixels!!
