Cons: Keyboard is cheap. Mouse is of the "ball" type. Also cheap. I am using the much nicer ones left over from the ancient PC I am replacing. Speakers are not included. "Fit and finish" of the front of the case reflects price.
Minor bumps in the road: I won't tell you how long it took me to figure out how to open and close the DVD tray. No instructions in box or sticker on case. Also, SD cards were not read at first; worked around this with USB adapter, and then corrected by downloading chipset driver that tech support linked me to via messaging and e-mail.
