(More customer reviews)My almost 5 year old son got this for Christmas. We liked that it's bilingual, but the positives pretty much stop there. It's design seems to be for a very young child (looks like a car, makes car sounds when opened), however it is very difficult for a child to use on their own. It is impossible for my son to even open the laptop on his own. There are 26 different activities to select and you need to be able to read from the list on the screen (and in very small print!) and know your numbers to 26 in order to "choose an activity". The screen is also VERY small. The activities are good for learning but range from very simple (telling the letters on the keyboard) to very advanced (spelling, adding and subtracting) for the age range advertised. I think this could be a great toy when a child is at a higher reading level, but until age 6-7 requires an adult to help. And by age 6-7 this toy may seem too young. Overall a flop. I'm thinking of getting the Leapfrog laptop instead.
