(More customer reviews)I purchased this product about 2 weeks ago. I am using Windows 7 Professional 64 bit edition. It recognized the keyboard and mouse immediately, so I was able to use them right off the bat. Until you install the driver disk, the keyboard is somewhat slow. After installation, it works just fine. The mouse is okay. Also, the hot keys work just fine after driver installation. The reason why I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is because the mouse is a little bulky. If I use it for more than a half hour, my hand starts cramping a little. Overall, this a great product for the money!
