(More customer reviews)This laptop was bought more than 6 months ago and I think it is a good quality laptop. It could be better in some areas like the mouse pad. The pad is a little finnicky and it is hard to control sometimes. Other than that, it seems to be pretty good quality with everything else, including a big hard drive and a good processor. The battery life is pretty long, I find it usually lasts around 4 and half hours or so if I am just surfing the web and using word/excel type functions. The coolest thing about the laptop is it's sleek design and its light weight aluminum brush finish.
I have found the customer service to be pretty helpful when my laptop wasn't working properly for a minor issue connecting to the internet. They are contracted from India somewhere, but they did solve my issue which seemed pretty abstract to solve in the first place; so that is a good sign. I actually ended up taking out the battery and holding the power button for 45 seconds to discharge any static built up in the laptop.
All in all, I would give this laptop on a scale of a 100 an 85. If I had to grade it on marginal dollar value, I would grade it a little higher, maybe 90 out of 100. Hope this helps.
