(More customer reviews)This product worked great for me, however there are some steps you have to go through to use any CAC card reader for the military CAC cards. You must to the CAC Card site on AKO and follow the steps there. You have to download and install the 1) drivers, 2) certificates, and 3) middleware. After I did that, it worked great.
