When first receiving my combo I was happy with the overall appearance and light weight set, the packaging was ok. Included is a very brief manual in several languages, batteries and the keyboard + mouse. The color is a slight blue/gray not black and not just gray. The keyboard does have quite a few special feature keys but none are programable to other functions. My only real problem came with the mouse, which after placing the batteries in the battery compartment and closing the lid the power would cut out and the mouse was un-usable. This was caused by a mold problem in the battery compartment and after cutting away a piece of the plastic was able to close the lid and still have power to the mouse. I was then shocked that the mouse would stop working after a time of not being used, it seems to have a built in function for battery storage and goes "to sleep" after about 5 minutes of setting still. Moving the mouse won't turn it back on, you have to click the left button and wait a short time for it to startup and work again. If you want better funtionality and programable keys you might want a Logitech or Microsoft product.
