(More customer reviews)Just got this machine last night, so this review might be a little premature. However, I wanted to post a review quickly so that others won't be mislead by some errors in the Product Description.
Most importantly, it DOES NOT come with WiFi as stated (twice). There are 2 PCI Express slots at the top of the case so a WiFi card could be added if you wanted to buy one.
The first paragraph also states 4GB of memory. The bullets mention 6GB. 6GB is correct.
Not sure what is meant by "Surround sound speakers (5 audio ports)", there are only the headphone, microphone, and line out jacks. Not sure if there is a "digital audio output" either, but I need to look again.
Finally, I have doubts about the "Date first available at Amazon.com: October 22, 2009" I don't think it's that old.
In spite of this cut and paste hack job description, I am, so far, very pleased with this machine. My last PC was 9 years old, so it may not mean much when I say this PC is a screamer. I like it's looks, seems to be sturdy (it fell on it's side while connecting it!), love the 11 USB ports and 1 TB disk. I also wanted the Intel Core i3 processor. I really didn't see a comparable machine at this price. So far, I am a happy camper.
I was surprised by the lack reviews on this machine - here and on the net. I hope to add more to this one when I become more familiar with this machine, but so far it looks like a winner.
9 days later and all is well . . .
I agree with the other reviewer about the vertical drive being a bit of a pain - especially if you keep the PC on the right side under your desk. But this is a real nit for me.
For those interested in such things, here are the Windows Experience Index scores I get:
Processor - 6.9, Memory - 7.0, Graphics - 4.9, Gaming graphics - 5.3, Hard Disk - 5.9
Still very happy with this machine.
